When you have been admitted to Massey you can request your Massey student identity card ('student ID card'). Your card can be used only by you.
IMPORTANT: Your photo will be rejected unless it meets the following photo requirements:

Once you submit your image you will receive an acknowledgement email.
We will review your photo and send you a confirmation email within 2 working days. Please check your junk mail and/or contact us if you do not receive an email within this time period.
Once your photo has been approved, you should receive your ID card within 10 to 15 working days.
IMPORTANT: If you change your address after requesting an ID card you will be charged a non-refundable replacement ID card fee, because a new card will have to be generated. Please contact us to update your details.
ID cards requested between mid-February to mid-March for the current academic year will be sent to your Campus Information Service Centre and you will be emailed when it is available for collection.
ID cards requested outside of mid-February to mid-March for the current academic year will be posted to the address on your student record.
ID cards requested prior to the start of the year of study, will be posted to you in January of the study year to the address on your student record.

Your ID card will be delivered to your Campus Information Services Centre and you will be emailed when it is available for collection.
A student ID card is valid for 3 years. If your programme of study is longer than 3 years, you should order a new free ID card any time within 3 months of the expiry date displayed on your card (January – March). If you request a new ID card any earlier, you will be charged the non-refundable replacement ID card fee. Please log into your student homepage, click 'Request a student ID card', upload a new photo of yourself and follow the on-screen prompts.
To order a replacement ID card, please log into your student homepage and click 'Request a student ID card'. Upload a new photo of yourself and follow the on-screen prompts. A non-refundable replacement ID card fee will be added to your student account when you submit your order. The expiry date for the replacement card will have the same date as the lost/original card.

If you would like to change your name, you will need to provide a verified copy of both your original birth and marriage certificates.
